Please do not email passport copies, FIN or NRIC images, bank login information, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive documents. If documents are needed for a genuine application, we will explain what is required and how to provide it.

Contacting us does not guarantee a vacancy, interview, work-pass approval or placement. Employers make their own hiring decisions, and MOM decides work-pass applications.

Employers and hiring managers

We assist employers with recruitment and appropriate Singapore work-pass applications. To help us assess an enquiry, please provide:

• company name and UEN;
• job title, duties and work location;
• required experience, qualifications or licences;
• fixed and variable salary range;
• number of vacancies and preferred start date;
• whether candidates have already been identified; and
• the intended pass type, if known.

For S Pass and Work Permit hiring, quota and levy must be checked. For Employment Pass and S Pass applications, MyCareersFuture advertising and fair-hiring requirements may apply. Please do not issue an unconditional start instruction before the relevant work authorisation is approved and issued.

Legal, immigration and corporate referrals

Little Big Employment Agency Pte Ltd is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We work with independent local law firms that advise on matters including:

• drafting and reviewing employment agreements;
• termination, workplace and other employment matters;
• work-pass strategy, applications and regulatory issues;
• Singapore permanent residence and citizenship matters;
• business establishment and operating-base planning;
• founder, shareholder and corporate arrangements;
• relocation of business owners, executives and families; and
• family-office structuring and relevant Singapore fund tax-incentive matters.

Where corporate administration is required, we may also refer enquiries to associated group companies such as Raffles Corporate Services and Singapore Secretary Services. Each provider operates under its own scope, engagement terms and fees.

Referral consent

If you ask us to make a referral, we will need your consent before disclosing information to the selected provider. You may use the following wording in your email:

“I consent to Little Big Employment Agency Pte Ltd sharing my name, contact details and a short summary of this enquiry with the selected independent law firm or professional-service provider for the purpose of contacting me about the requested service. I understand that the provider will have its own engagement terms and fees, and that the referral does not guarantee any legal, immigration, tax, work-pass or business outcome.”

Please do not send legally privileged, confidential or highly sensitive documents before the law firm or other provider confirms how it will receive them. A referral alone does not create a lawyer-client relationship. That relationship begins only if the firm accepts the engagement on its terms.
